"Yes," I said, my voice firm. "I think this is like before, when a bunch of us fell asleep for a few days, but we were also somehow back home with my friend Regan. It's the same thing, I'm almost certain, and we'll wake up soon, safe and home."

I knew how he felt. Maybe not quite the same, as Elio and Oliver had been together for longer and had been together at home, too, but I was worried about never seeing Eddie again. I was just glad he was safe.
