"Holy shit, remind me never to do that again," Eddie said, putting a cup of soft-serve down in front of Jamie without further comment. It was chocolate-vanilla swirl, while his own was just vanilla. They were both slightly melted, and just the crappy lunchroom ice cream that always tasted kind of chalky, but he'd braved the lunch line for it, so he was more than a little proud of himself.
