It was hard to explain without getting into all the details Peter and his Island and sometimes I felt a little odd when I spoke of it. Sometimes I could see something shift in someone's expression when I tried to explain, as if they almost recognized what I was saying, but none of the people here had been on the Island, so I knew that couldn't possibly be the explanation. Still, it was as if something changed, and I didn't quite like it, but I also didn't know how to stop it short of not talking about Peter.
"Have you made many bows before?" I asked. "I've never made one. I've never even really used one. You wouldn't have to worry about embarrassing yourself next to me."
